Purchases & licensing

I paid but the app still shows the trial.

Give it a moment and reload the app — it re-checks your status when it's online. If it still doesn't unlock, open “Already bought? Restore” and either paste the license key from your purchase email, or enter the exact email you paid with and we'll send the key again.

I'm on a new computer / a different browser.

Your license follows your key and email, not the browser. In the app choose “Already bought? Restore”, then paste your license key for an instant unlock, or enter your purchase email to have the key sent to you. No second payment.

The restore email didn't arrive.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still have the original purchase email, paste the license key straight into “Restore” instead — that unlocks Pro without any email. If neither works, email us with the approximate purchase date and amount.

“We couldn't find a purchase for that email.”

Check for typos and try any other addresses you might have used. If a purchase was genuinely made and can't be found, email us with the approximate date and amount.

Refunds.

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email us or reply to your payment receipt. The license is deactivated when the refund is processed.

Is there a receipt / invoice?

Yes — the payment processor emails a receipt at the time of purchase. For a formal invoice, email us.

Using the tools

“This file is over the 50 MB / 300-page limit.”

Each input file must be under 50 MB and 300 pages. For a bigger document, split it first with another tool, or process it in parts.

“This file won't open — it looks damaged.”

The PDF's structure is broken. Try re-saving or re-exporting it from the app that produced it, then load it again.

Password-protected PDF.

Enter the password when prompted and the file opens for editing. The password is used only in your browser and is not stored.

My exported image looks wrong (blank, rotated, wrong fonts).

Reload the app so you're on the latest version, then try again. If a specific file still exports incorrectly, email it to us if you can share it.

Which browsers are supported?

Any current desktop browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and other modern browsers. There's nothing to install: open the app and start. A phone browser works for light tasks but the app is built for desktop.
